- マイクロカプセル化抽出剤の調製と迅速な貴金属回収システムの開発
概要:目的に応じた各種抽出剤をマイクロカプセル化法を用いて固定化し,マイクロカプセル壁材への拡散の影響を除外した構造制御を行うことで迅速な貴金属回収システムの構築を行っています.現在のターゲットは貴金属のみですが,抽出剤の選択により汎用性の高い分離材料の創製を行っています.
- マイクロカプセル化法を用いた生体材料の固定化と物質分離・生産技術への応用
概要:バイオマスを中心とした生体材料をマイクロカプセル化法によって固定化し,「環境への負荷低減」,「生体分子特有の立体構造による特異性」さらに「バイオマスなどの利用によるコスト削減」など生体材料ならではの特徴を活かした分離・生産材料の創製を行っています.具体的にはDNAを用いた有害物質除去マイクロカプセル,環境ホルモン分解マイクロカプセル等です.通常のマイクロカプセル内部への固定化のみならず,様々な手法を用いた生体材料のマイクロカプセル化法に関する検討も行っています.
- AOT逆ミセル法を用いた温度応答性ナノカプセルの創製
概要:AOT逆ミセルの分散・合一特性を利用して,逆ミセル内部に温度応答性ナノ粒子を調製し,その周囲を合成ポリマーで被覆した温度応答性ナノカプセルの創製を行っています.現在,200nm程度のナノカプセルで温度に応答したナノカプセルが調製されており,医薬品への応用が可能であると考えています.
